General Dynamics Land Systems signed an agreement with Goriziane and the Italian Ministry of Defence for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the Italian Army fleet of Buffalo and Cougar 6×6 vehicles used by the Italian Army for route clearance operations in 2008 in Afghanistan.
